Step 1: Complete Cisco Spaces Onboarding Process​

P.S. : The above process needs to be done only once. It is not repeated for every app. Please ignore if already completed. ​​​

Additional prerequisites

  • The network that needs to be integrated with STANLEY Healthcare needs to be added using Cisco Spaces Connector. STANLEY Healthcare customers should choose a STANLEY Healthcare validated connector release.​​
  • Detect and Locate should be activated and accurate wireless maps should be imported in Cisco Spaces.
  • Minimum WLC Versions: AireOS 8.0, IOS-XE 17.2.1 However, it is highly recommended to use 8.10.130.0 or 17.3.1 for WLC version.​
  • Provide accurate floor plan with AP locations in Cisco Spaces​
  • Cisco recommends using a HA pair of Cisco Spaces Connector for redundancy. In this case, the same token generated by activating a Stanley Application Instance will be pasted for both Spaces Connectors​
  • Multiple Stanley Engine servers can be connected with a single Cisco Spaces Connector​
